Product Introduction
BOL-04 is a heat-curing, galvanic-corrosion-resistant aviation coating developed by our company. Its main components are ultra-fine aluminum paste, ultra-fine molybdenum disulfide powder, anti-corrosion additives and modified epoxy resin.
Main Applications
Mainly applied to the surface of titanium alloy fasteners to prevent galvanic corrosion when titanium alloy fasteners are connected to aluminum components. The coating has a golden appearance and provides a certain friction-reducing performance.

- Fineness: ≤5 μm
- Viscosity (No.4 cup): ≥25s
- Density (25±2°C): ≥1.15 g/cm³
- Dispersion: no obvious solid-liquid separation or non-flowing metal powder sediment after 2h
- Solid content: 40±5%
- Appearance: smooth and flat, near-golden after curing
- Adhesion (cross-cut): not lower than Grade 1
- Heat resistance: 260±5°C / 3h
- Impact: no peeling or cracking in front/rear impact tests
- Paint stripper resistance: withstands Turco A5351 for 24h without peeling or blistering
Application case: applied in the COMAC C919 large aircraft project.
