Description
Product Introduction
BOL5002 zinc-aluminum coating is composed of resin, ultra-fine flake zinc powder paste, aluminum powder paste, solvent and additives. Developed by our company in response to the heavy anti-corrosion market demand, combining the advantages of Dacromet coating and zinc-rich cold-galvanizing coating.
The added flake zinc and aluminum powders have an average thickness of 100 nm and an average diameter of less than 10 μm. The dry film metal content is over 70%, and the equivalent zinc content is over 90%. The coating is static-conductive with an electrode potential of -980 mV, providing cathodic protection for steel components. Only 1/3 to 1/2 of the thickness of similar coatings is required to achieve the same anti-corrosion effect, saving energy, labor and materials. The thermal conductivity is far superior to other anti-corrosion coatings.
Main Applications
Due to the combined effect of modified epoxy resin and flake metal powder, the coating has good adhesion to steel surfaces and can be directly applied to cold-rolled sheet surfaces. Suitable for anti-corrosion treatment of thin-walled metal plates such as transformer heat sinks and cable trays.
