Product Introduction
Zinc-based coating technology is the most widely used and effective metal surface anti-corrosion coating material in the heavy anti-corrosion field internationally. The BOLX6000 series heavy anti-corrosion coating is a protection technology that truly surpasses hot-dip galvanizing. The zinc powder used is of high purity, and the formulation is reasonable and easy to use without environmental pollution.
Main Applications
Mainly used for anti-corrosion of various steel structures in telecommunications, electric power, highway, railway, bridge, ship, petroleum, metallurgy and chemical industries.

- Neutral salt spray: no red rust after 4000h (Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, CMA)
- Cross-cut test: smooth edges, no peeling, Grade 0
- Impact test: coating intact, impact resistance qualified
- Surface electrode potential: -1054~-1070 mV
- Dry film zinc content: 96.25% (Shenyang Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, CMA)
- Solid content: 83.36%; density: 2.95 g/ml
