BOLTT120 elastomer coating is a multi-component coating composed of polyurethane, curing agent, thinner and additives.
Main Applications
Mainly used for coating on sandblasted surfaces or epoxy-type coating surfaces. It features a highly elastic state, deforming under small external force and recovering its original shape when the force is removed. Based on this principle, it reduces or eliminates the impact wear of sand particles in gas or liquid flows.

- Density (25±2°C): ≥1.05 g/cm³
- Appearance: smooth and flat
- Adhesion: not lower than Grade 1
- Heat resistance: after 130±5°C / 4h, adhesion and impact performance qualified
- Impact: no peeling or damage
Application case: used for wear-resistant parts of municipal wastewater treatment systems.
