Product Introduction
Dacromet is the transliteration/abbreviation of DACROMET, also known as zinc-chromium coating, a new type of anti-corrosion coating based on zinc powder, aluminum powder, chromic acid and deionized water. BOLX310 Dacromet coating is a new type of metal surface anti-corrosion material. Its core technology is the preparation of ultra-fine flake zinc-aluminum powder, with a powder size of 10×10×0.1 μm, reaching an internationally advanced level. The coating has a silver-white appearance. The process is safe, pollution-free, low-cost, can replace imported products, and greatly improves the corrosion resistance of the coating.
Our Dacromet manufacturing process is protected by a national invention patent (No. 02144967.8), and an enterprise standard has been established. We also provide Dacromet coating equipment and free coating process training.
Main Applications
Replaces electro-galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment of steel fasteners and other parts. Widely used for metal anti-corrosion in automotive, machinery, power, road & bridge and marine engineering fields.
