Product Introduction
BOL5054 wear-resistant anti-corrosion ceramic coating is composed of modified resin, ceramic powder, additives and solvent, containing over 80% ultra-fine ceramic powder. The coating features wear resistance, acid/alkali corrosion resistance, impact resistance, high insulation strength and requires no primer. It is a high-performance anti-corrosion coating with excellent resistance to both wear and acid/alkali corrosion.
Main Applications
Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, composites, concrete, plastics and fiberglass. Widely used in demanding corrosion environments in aerospace, ships and petrochemical industries, especially for steel structure anti-corrosion in acid mist and alkali mist environments. Can serve as the ideal matching topcoat for zinc-based (cold galvanizing) coatings. Applications include aircraft intakes, ship exterior anti-corrosion, petrochemical equipment pipelines and storage tanks, wastewater treatment equipment, transport tankers, pump and valve anti-corrosion; electroplating, hot-tin and hot-zinc plating and pickling workshop floors; concrete surface treatment and prevention of scaling from paraffin and other substances; and internal protection of hot water tanks and other water containers.
