Description

Product Introduction

BOL6600 waterborne zinc-based coating is an environmentally friendly heavy anti-corrosion metal coating made by adding ultra-fine zinc powder to silane hydrolysate as binder and film-forming material. It is a two-component system (Component A: ultra-fine zinc powder; Component B: silane hydrolysate), with an A:B weight ratio of 10:4. It complies with RoHS requirements.

The dry film total zinc content is ≥92%; it features zero VOC emissions, good flame retardancy (oxygen index ≥36), and a long pot life (≥16 hours). The film can be used long-term at 400°C, and has excellent water solubility, self-curing, high hardness, abrasion resistance, impact resistance and salt corrosion resistance. It has no flash point, ensuring safety in transport, storage and application.

Main Applications

Widely suitable for large steel structures such as pipelines, transmission towers, oil tanks, bridges, TV towers, ships, railways, coastal facilities and petroleum equipment. Can also be used as a sealer for hot-sprayed zinc surfaces and as a workshop protective primer.
